FAQ

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Your order will take up to seven days to process, if we have the item in hand. If the item needs to be sized or made to order, it may take 2 weeks for your KVA Jewelry order to ship. You are welcome to email us at kvajewelry@gmail.com to inquire about when a piece will be available to ship out.

    If you need something by a specific date or would like to expedite shipping, please send us an email at kvajewelry@gmail.com. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

  • Do you accept custom order requests?

    Yes! We love assisting our customers in completing their vision for a custom piece of jewelry. Please see our Custom Order link found in the menu at the bottom of this page for more information. 

  • Can I return a gift?

    A piece received as a gift may be returned for a credit towards another KVA Jewelry purchase within 30 days, if it qualifies for the exchange in our returns policy.  The customer returning the piece is responsible for all shipping charges.

  • How is my order shipped?

    All orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (1-3 business days).  Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order. Please note that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment. If you need your order rushed, please get in touch at kvajewelry@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate your request. 

    Priority shipping of items over $150 is complimentary.

    We ship using minimal packing materials in order to minimize our environmental footprint.

    We advise that you have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address. KVA Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier. We will, however, do our best to address any damaged or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf.
